- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, with original packaging and tags attached.
- Certain products (such as sale items, undergarments, and customized items) are non-returnable.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7β10 business days to your original method of payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.
- To exchange, please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product), we will cover the shipping charges.
