  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product), we will cover the shipping charges.
